The average days on market has dropped in January from 220 to June 2018 of 140 days. The Sales rate has from 87% in January to 93% in June. The average list price for the year is $179,000 and the average sales price is at $139,000 The best-selling price range for homes in Pulaski Co is $120,000 to $160,000.  Thirty-three homes this year have been sold between $180,000 and $200,000.
